When you have a unit in need of service, please bring it to the shop during the business hours for a checkup. After the technicians check the unit, we will let you know first what is wrong and how much to repair for you to decide. If you decided to repair, we will go ahead with the repair and inform you to pickup once the repair is done.

When you bring in the unit for service, please also bring necessary accessories, e.g. remote control unit, system cables, power cord, etc. If the unit was under warranty, please also bring the original copy of the bill of sale. A valid bill of sale should show the store name, date of purchase and model number of the unit.

For out-of-town customers, you can ship the unit to us. When you ship the unit, it’s always better to ship it in its original packing box with original foams. If you didn’t keep the original box, please pack the unit carefully with enough cushioning materials. This is especially important for units over 30 pounds. Here are some tips for secure shipping:

Choose a box that is large enough to have sufficient room surround the unit.
Put more cushions underneath and surround the unit.
Protect the front panel or face plate.

When you send the unit in for service, please enclose a detailed description of the symptoms/faults, as well as your complete contact information, i.e. full name, mailing address, and multiple phone numbers. After we receive the unit, our technician will check the unit and contact you to give you the estimation before the actual repair is performed. When the repair is done, we will ship the unit back to you. If you prefer us to use your defined shipping courier, please inform us beforehand.
